Step 2: Drawing Deepening & Mold Development and Design

 

What We Offer: After the customization plan and quotation are confirmed, our R&D and design team will simultaneously start product drawing deepening, structure optimization, mold design (if applicable) and development work. We will synchronize the development progress with you throughout the process. Professional suggestions on product structure, production process and cost optimization will be communicated and confirmed with you at the first time, to ensure that the design scheme fully matches your expectations and market demands.

 

Cycle Note: The development cycle of conventional product molds is 10-20 days, and the development cycle for products with complex structures can be confirmed synchronously.

Step 3: Sample Production & Pre-Production Sample Sealing

 

What We Offer: After the mold development (if applicable) is completed, we will quickly start sample production, and complete the whole process production in strict accordance with the confirmed design scheme. After completion, the quality control department will conduct a full-dimensional inspection on the size, performance, process and material of the samples. After passing the inspection, the samples will be sent to you for confirmation. If you have adjustment and optimization requirements, we will quickly complete the iterative modification until the samples fully meet your requirements. Finally, both parties will confirm and seal the samples, which will be the only standard for subsequent mass production.

 

Cycle Note: The conventional sample production cycle can be as fast as 7 days.
