When entering the welding stage, technicians will first conduct fine grinding and cleaning treatments on the joint parts of the blade and the handle to remove surface impurities, oil stains, etc., ensuring that the welding surface is smooth and flat. This step is extremely important as it relates to the firmness of the subsequent welding.
Subsequently, advanced arc welding technology is adopted. According to the specific design specifications of the tool, the welding current, voltage and other parameters are accurately adjusted.
Experienced welders operate the welding torches to perform uniform welding along the joints. During the welding process, it is also necessary to constantly pay attention to the state of the welding molten pool and the formation of the weld seams to ensure that each weld seam is full and free of defects such as pores and slag inclusions.
After welding is completed, strict quality inspections will be carried out. Through multiple means such as flaw detection equipment and appearance inspections, the bricklaying trowels with qualified welds are screened out.
Those unqualified products will be returned for reprocessing and correction. Only the bricklaying trowels that pass the inspections will be packaged and shipped out of the factory to construction sites across various places to assist craftsmen in building solid and beautiful walls.
