The scraper slag extractor is the main equipment of the slag removal system of the solid-state slag removal furnace. It forms a complete boiler slag removal system with the transition slag hopper, hydraulic shut-off door, slag crusher, slurry tank, and slurry pump. Each boiler is equipped with a slag extractor, and the slag is discharged on the left side. The longitudinal centerline of the slag extractor coincides with the centerline of the boiler furnace, the transmission system platform is placed on the left (facing the slag outlet), and the overflow device and the faulty slag discharge hole are arranged on the right.
Principle: The upper tank of the slag extractor is filled with cooling water (water temperature is less than or equal to 60°C), and the high-temperature red slag in the furnace falls into the upper tank through the slag well and the shut-off door for quenching and granulation, and the angle steel pulled by the endless chain The type scraper is dragged forward, and after the water is filtered on the slope of the nose, it falls into the slag crusher through the slag discharge port. The lower tank is used for scraper return. No slag, water. The upper tank body is lined with 16Mn wear-resistant steel plate, and the lower tank body and nose slope are lined with diabase cast stone plate.
Features: The slag scraper is used in conjunction with the shut-off door. After the shut-off door is fully opened, it is inserted into the water in the tank body to form a furnace bottom sealing system, so that the bottom of the furnace does not leak air and the boiler operates stably. When the slag catcher breaks down, the shut-off door can be closed to make the slag accumulate in the slag well, which can achieve the purpose of maintaining the slag catcher without stopping the furnace.
